Cuban Night Mojitos!

Yes, that glass IS from Rocco Tacos ... and I use it weekly ;-) Generally, I'm not a HUGE rum fan, but had rediscovered my love for Pina Colodas during my recent pantry challenge and drank almost all the coconut rum (which, ok, it's not really a rum at that point) ... so when I had made these Mojitos a few years ago for a Cuban fest, I was surprised at how much I enjoyed them! AND since I've decided to have ANOTHER (long awaited) Cuban night, I had to dig this recipe out and make it again ... mind you, Hubby LOVES Mojitos said this was a pretty good mix ...
