Italian Beef in the Crock Pot

You all picked up that I'm on a Pantry/Freezer/No Spend Challenge for April, right? I didn't make THE announcement but did 'casually' mention it during the menu plan a week or so ago ... and well, I've got this lovely hunk of beef in the garage freezer taking up a LOT of space ... so why NOT make this really yummy, super easy crock pot recipe!  I didn't realize this was tied until AFTER I pulled it out of the crockpot! I'm actually surprised that I've never shared this recipe here as often as we make it so now is the time to share!! It's so easy, it's not even funny. Just a heads up though, if you do NOT like your food spicy, then do NOT dump the juice in from the pepperoncinis! Are you ready to get this super duper, yummy recipe underway? Italian Beef - Crockpot!

Jessica over at Life As Mom is hosting a Ultimate Recipe Swap and today's theme is based on CROCKPOTS. I love my crockpots! I've got 3 plus 2 minis. Ummm, I should use them a little more, but the big one (newest) gets real hot and yes, can you believe it, actually overcooks stuff when I'm at the office all day long. :( Not a good thing, huh? Anyways, there are sooooo many things to do with a crockpot. First and foremost would be soups and sauces. Pasta sauce and such. Then you have the fact that you can bake your taters in the crockpot (haven't tried that yet) ... and then you have the excellent site at 365crockpot.blotspot.com. Gotta love that! Ok, I suppose my go to, always there when I need it crockpot recipe is Italian Beef. Spicy baby.
