It just tasted smelled and looked horrid. Being a trooper, I cooked it anyways thinking maybe it would be fine. NOPE. Into the garbage! I know I got it on major sale and I'm not sure why out of ALLLLL of the packages of fish this one got missed. But it did and now it's landfill fodder. We have a lot of staples like tinned tomatoes, beans, rice etc that we use up before buying more. You'd be amazed at how long we can go without buying food :) (well, except for a few fresh veggies and meats ;))Thomas @ i need money ASAP!http://www.ineedmoneyasap.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7389214398846857752.post-82760936698883227402015-02-01T06:54:35.194-05:002015-02-01T06:54:35.194-05:00Your "full disclosure" has really helped...Your "full disclosure" has really helped me re-examine my habits and "own up" to the budget failures. We tend to wait until the baskets are overflowing and then debate with my husband about which one really needs to be done first, so that we both have what we need and it's dry.Mariehttp://financerefined.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7389214398846857752.post-38892341013349781572015-01-31T17:23:26.732-05:002015-01-31T17:23:26.732-05:00Nice work on the repackaging and freezing of the g...Nice work on the repackaging and freezing of the ground beef. Also nice work staying firm on things you didn't want to spend money on.
The weeks that I lay out a solid meal plan (one that pays attention to what we have going on that week), are better for my waistline and my sanity. Despite knowing this, I don't do it every week, because that would be way too sensible!

Thanks for linking up!Anne @ Money Propellerhttp://moneypropeller.comnoreply@blogger.com
